Questions may be sent to the Contracting Authority by e-mail or by fax, no later than 21 days before the deadline for the receipt of proposals.
The Contracting Authority will answer the questions no later than 11 days before the deadline for the receipt of proposals. Those questions that may be relevant to other applicants, together with the answers, will be published on the internet at website www.mdlpl.ro
